Welcome to PosterVibe! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the PosterVibe mobile application and services. By downloading, installing, or using PosterVibe, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our app.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PosterVibe, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the app.
These terms apply to all users, including those with free accounts and paid subscriptions.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use PosterVibe.
Users between 13 and 18 years old must have parental or guardian consent to use the app.

We reserve the right to verify your age and terminate accounts that violate this requirement.
3. License to Use
PosterVibe grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal or commercial purposes.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our app or included software.
You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
All intellectual property rights in the app and its content remain with PosterVibe.
4. User Account
You may be required to create an account to access certain features of PosterVibe.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Subscription and Payments
PosterVibe offers both free and premium subscription plans with additional features.
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay Payment Gateway.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, yearly, etc.).
You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis without further authorization.
All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days advance notice.
6. Free Trial
PosterVibe may offer a free trial period for premium features.
Free trial duration and availability may vary and are subject to change.
You may be required to provide payment information to start a free trial.
Unless canceled before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription.
We reserve the right to limit free trial eligibility (one per user/device).
7. User Content and Ownership
You retain all ownership rights to the posters and content you create using PosterVibe.
By using PosterVibe, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide our services.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any images, text, or other materials you upload.
You must not upload content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or applicable laws.
8. Prohibited Uses
You agree NOT to use PosterVibe for any of the following:
Creating content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene
Infringing on intellectual property rights of others
Distributing viruses, malware, or harmful code
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
Using automated systems or bots to access the app
Reselling or redistributing our services without permission
Creating fake or misleading content intended to deceive others
9. Templates and Design Assets
PosterVibe provides templates, graphics, fonts, and design assets for your use.
You may use these assets in posters created within PosterVibe for personal and commercial purposes.
You may not extract, redistribute, or resell individual templates or assets separately.
Some premium templates and assets are only available to paid subscribers.
All templates and assets remain the intellectual property of PosterVibe or our licensors.
10. Termination
You may cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time through the app settings.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these terms.
Upon termination, you will lose access to premium features and stored content.
Content may be retained for up to 90 days after account deletion, after which it will be permanently removed.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect minimal personal information necessary to provide our services.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties
PosterVibe is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
We do not warrant that defects will be corrected or that the app is free of viruses or harmful components.
You use PosterVibe at your own risk.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PosterVibe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the past 12 months.
We are not responsible for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold PosterVibe harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
Your use of the app
Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
Any content you create or upload to PosterVibe

PosterVibe may integrate with third-party services, including Razorpay for payments.
Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

We may update PosterVibe from time to time to add new features, fix bugs, or improve performance.
Updates may be required to continue using the app.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
