1. Subscription and Payment Terms
PosterVibe offers various subscription plans and in-app purchases for premium features.
All payments are processed through Razorpay, a secure and reliable payment gateway.
By making a purchase, you agree to the pricing, payment terms, and this Refund Policy.
2. Refund Eligibility
Digital Products: Due to the digital nature of our services, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once the subscription or feature has been activated.
Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing the premium features you paid for, please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we will investigate the issue.
Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a payment gateway error, you are eligible for a refund of the duplicate charge(s).
Unauthorized Transactions: If you notice an unauthorized transaction on your account, please report it immediately. Refunds for unauthorized transactions will be processed after verification.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Change of mind after purchasing a subscription or premium feature.
Failure to cancel a subscription before the renewal date.
Violation of our Terms of Service resulting in account termination.
Partial use of subscription period - refunds are not provided for unused portions of subscription periods.
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Step 2: Provide your transaction details including order ID, payment receipt, and reason for refund request.
Step 3: Our team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.
Step 4: If approved, the refund will be processed through Razorpay to your original payment method.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, it will be initiated through Razorpay within 5-7 business days.
The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, or wallet).
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
For UPI and wallet transactions, refunds are typically faster (2-5 business days).
6. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the app settings or by contacting our support team.
Cancellation will prevent future charges, but you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.
No refunds will be provided for the remaining days of your current subscription period after cancellation.
7. Payment Gateway Charges
All transactions are processed through Razorpay Payment Gateway.
In case of refunds, payment gateway charges (if any) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount as per Razorpay's policies.

8. Failed Transactions
If payment is deducted from your account but the transaction fails or premium features are not activated, please contact us immediately.
We will verify the transaction with Razorpay and either activate your subscription or process a full refund.
In most cases, failed transactions are automatically refunded by Razorpay within 5-7 business days.

Continued use of PosterVibe after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
