Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel your subscription or services with PosterVibe. We want to make the cancellation process simple and transparent for all our users. All subscription payments are processed through Razorpay Payment Gateway.

1. Subscription Cancellation Rights

  • You have the right to cancel your PosterVibe subscription at any time without providing any reason.
  • Cancellation can be done through the app settings or by contacting our support team.
  • There are no cancellation fees or penalties for ending your subscription.
  • 2. How to Cancel Your Subscription

    You can cancel your subscription using either of the following methods:

  • Method 1 - Through the App:
    • Open PosterVibe app
    • Go to Settings or Account section
    • Select "Subscription Management"
    • Click on "Cancel Subscription"
    • Confirm your cancellation

  • Method 2 - Contact Support:
    • Email us at postervibedev@gmail.com
    • Provide your account details and subscription information
    • Request cancellation
    • We will process your cancellation within 24-48 hours

    3. When Does Cancellation Take Effect?

  • Immediate Effect: Your cancellation request is processed immediately, and no further charges will be made.
  • Access Until Period End: You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • No Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will not auto-renew after cancellation.
  • Example: If you cancel on January 15th but your subscription runs until January 31st, you will have access to premium features until January 31st.
  • 4. Cancellation and Billing Cycle

  • Cancellation must be done before the next billing cycle begins to avoid being charged for the next period.
  • If you cancel after the renewal date, you will be charged for the new billing cycle.
  • We recommend canceling at least 24 hours before your renewal date to ensure processing.
  • You can check your next billing date in the app under Subscription Management.
  • 5. Refunds After Cancellation

  • Cancellation of subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
  • No pro-rated refunds are provided for unused days in your subscription period.
  • For refund eligibility and requests, please refer to our Refund Policy.
  • Special circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis - contact support for assistance.
  • 6. Reactivating Your Subscription

  • You can reactivate your subscription at any time after cancellation.
  • Simply go to the Subscription section in the app and select a plan to resubscribe.
  • Your previous preferences and saved content will be retained if you reactivate within 90 days.
  • Current promotional pricing may not apply to reactivated subscriptions.
  • 7. Free Trial Cancellation

  • If you are on a free trial, you can cancel at any time during the trial period.
  • Canceling during the free trial means you will not be charged when the trial ends.
  • You will continue to have access to premium features until the trial period expires.
  • Make sure to cancel before the trial ends to avoid automatic subscription charges.
  • 8. What Happens After Cancellation

  • Loss of Premium Features: After your subscription period ends, you will lose access to premium features.
  • Free Features: You can continue using PosterVibe's free features without any restrictions.
  • Saved Content: Your saved posters and projects will be retained for 90 days.
  • Data Retention: After 90 days of inactivity, premium content may be deleted as per our data retention policy.
  • 9. Cancellation by PosterVibe

    We reserve the right to cancel or suspend your subscription if:

  • You violate our Terms and Conditions
  • Payment failures occur and cannot be resolved
  • Fraudulent activity is detected on your account
  • You engage in activities that harm other users or the service
  • In such cases, you will be notified via email, and refunds will be handled as per our Refund Policy.
  • 10. Payment Gateway and Cancellation

  • All subscription payments are processed through Razorpay Payment Gateway.
  • Cancellation stops future payments through Razorpay but does not affect the current billing period.
  • You will receive a cancellation confirmation email from PosterVibe once processed.
  • Check your email and app notifications for cancellation confirmation.
  • 11. Changes to This Cancellation Policy

  • We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time.
  • Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
  • Continued use of PosterVibe after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
